Descripción de la vacante

N26 is seeking a Planning Analyst to administer schedules across front and back-office operations, steering resources and KPIs to meet capacity targets and SLAs. You will maintain staffing thresholds from scheduling creation through to capacity management, and lead improvement projects with stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and experience with advanced spreadsheets; Calabrio experience is a plus.

Formación

Experience with scheduling and capacity management processes.
Strong written and verbal communication for operations and management.
Proficiency with advanced spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Experience in Workforce Management roles is a plus.
Familiarity with workforce management technologies such as Calabrio is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Maintain network staffing within thresholds from scheduling creation to capacity management.
Lead projects with stakeholders to improve scheduling and capacity processes.
Ensure all service desk tickets and WFM emails are supported within SLA.
Regularly review processes and suggest improvements to optimize capacity.
Communicate solutions clearly to operations and management in written and oral form.
Contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
