Job summary

SII Group Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL & ADF Developer to join our international team. You will develop, maintain and optimize Oracle PL/SQL and ADF applications, analyse requirements, and ensure production stability.

You will work on REST/SOAP APIs, EventHub Kafka integrations, and Kubernetes cron jobs, with strong collaboration across teams. Relocation support and a flexible 60% remote model accompany a challenging, global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced PL/SQL development with Oracle DB expertise.
• Strong Oracle ADF knowledge and REST/SOAP API experience.
• Experience with EventHub Kafka security topics.
• Cron jobs management in Kubernetes environments.
• AI technologies familiarity: prompts, APIs and AI agents.
• Solid collaboration tools knowledge (JIRA, Git, Confluence, Teams).
• Fluent French (C2) and good English (B2) communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle ADF.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure continuity and stability of production environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with other systems.
• Work with EventHub Kafka, including secure topics development.
• Manage scheduled jobs (cron) in Kubernetes environments.
• Document, test and maintain applications; collaborate with stakeholders.

What are the requirements?

• Higher vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in PL/SQL development and strong knowledge of Oracle Database.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework).
• Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of secure topics in EventHub Kafka.
• Experience managing cron jobs in Kubernetes.
• Technical knowledge of AI technologies, including prompts, APIs and AI agents; familiarity with JetBrains tools is a plus.
• Good knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Git, PPMC, Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactivity, autonomy, responsiveness, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of French (C2) and a good level of English (B2).
