Job summary

CIMA Universidad de Navarra invites motivated candidates to join the Myelodysplastic Neoplasms group for a four-year, full-time predoctoral PhD project. Qualifications

• Background in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related life science field.
• Master's degree or expected completion by 2026/27; GPA 8/10 minimum.
• English proficiency at level B2; experience in immunology or hematology is a plus.
• Ability to secure funding for the contract (regional/national/international).

Responsibilities

• Process primary patient samples and perform flow cytometry and single-cell sequencing.
• Conduct functional cell culture assays, immunoassays and gene editing as needed.
• Analyze data statistically and visualize results; potentially perform transcriptomic analyses.
• Contribute to experimental design, scientific writing and dissemination at seminars and conferences.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team at CIMA Universidad de Navarra.
