Chemo, part of the Insud Pharma group, seeks a Launch Specialist (Project Manager) to bridge development and industrialization for new products in a regulated pharma environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee launches meet quality, cost, and service targets.

The role demands a university degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or Life Sciences, 3-5 years of project management experience, and strong English skills.

Formación

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in pharma/regulated sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology transfer, QA, and supply chain.
• High level of English (min B2); other languages are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate launch plans for new products with milestones and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams for timely launch activities.
• Run follow-up meetings and maintain launch documentation.
• Act as point of contact for internal and external clients on launches.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Track progress and ensure data accuracy in launch database.
• Prioritize activities to maximize speed, service level and value.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
