Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Channel Activation Pharma Intern in Madrid to learn how to manage brand activations across channels, ensuring market-leading execution toward consumers, shoppers and customers. You will work under the Channel Activation Manager Mass in Europe/Middle East/Africa and gain hands-on experience in planning, market monitoring, and cross-functional coordination while starting January 2027.

The role requires a degree in business/marketing/finance and English and Spanish fluency;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
• Experience in consumer goods sales analytics, category management or shopper marketing is preferred.
• Strong analytical background and proficiency with MS Office and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy a Channel Activation Plan per brand.
• Coordinate execution with channel teams and local markets.
• Provide training and materials to pharmacy sales teams on brand and category education.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest corrective actions.
