Inserta Empleo is seeking French-native recruiters to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, invite them to market research studies, and manage engagement to maximize participation.

Strong French and good English, plus excellent communication and organizational skills, are required. This full-time role based in Madrid involves documentation, translations, and coordination with multinational teams.

Formación

• French native speaker required.

• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.

• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
