Domestiko.Com in Madrid is seeking a French native speaker to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage doctors, coordinate invitations, and manage participation across multiple channels.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and spoken communication in telephone and email. English proficiency is needed for trainings and internal communications.

Responsabilités

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
