Formación

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, HPC, or related field.
• 5+ years of performance modeling, testing, analysis, and optimization for critical software systems.
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., gprof) and benchmarks.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with automated performance testing.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, Java.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute performance testing and benchmarking to identify bottlenecks in RTI's Connext software.
• Conduct performance modeling and simulations under varied workloads.
• Work on tools for performance measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed perf considerations into the software lifecycle.
• Publish results with clear insights and visualizations.
