Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Madrid team as an Operations Coordinator. You will help run company events, coordinate travel, support recruiting, and strengthen our culture while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

Initially, you may spend time in our Milan office to ramp up, with opportunities to work from Madrid or other approved locations based on offers and needs. This role offers strong growth and exposure to high-impact projects.

Responsabilidades

• Run company events and team-building activities across the org.
• Coordinate business travel and logistics for teams.
• Support recruiting initiatives with the Talent team.
• Strengthen company culture through initiatives and programs.
• Leverage AI tools to improve operations and efficiency.
• Assist day-to-day operations and onboarding for new hires.
