Colegios Laude SL is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide guidance to regional staff and managers, ensuring policy compliance and effective employee relations. The role focuses on maintaining wellbeing and safeguarding principles while supporting engagement and development initiatives across our schools.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of advisory experience, and a professional certification such as SHRM.
