Aleph is hiring in Madrid to join our HR team on an early-career path. We welcome recent graduates with up to 3 years of experience to contribute to engagement cycles, HR execution rhythm, and cross‑functional collaboration across a global platform.

You will own concrete deliverables such as analyses, slides, trackers, and follow‑ups, gaining broad people‑and‑culture exposure while growing in a fast‑moving, multinational environment.

Formación

• Recent graduate or up to 3 years of working experience.

You will support the engagement cycle and HR execution rhythm and take clear ownership of concrete deliverables—analysis, slides, trackers, follow‑up, and coordination.

This is a great platform to build broad people‑and‑culture experience early, with genuine exposure to how an HR function operates. It suits a recent graduate and a person with up to 3 years of working experience.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 18,400.
