Job summary

Enfuce is seeking a Data Analyst to transform messy data into trusted insights and scalable reporting. You'll partner with the People and Data teams to shape our analytics foundations and support AI-powered products.

In this remote role, you will own data quality, create dashboards, and collaborate with finance for forecasting. You’ll use Snowflake, dbt, ThoughtSpot and modern BI tools to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Data Analyst in a business function.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Hands-on experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering practices.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows.
• Strong experience with BI/analytics platforms (ThoughtSpot, Looker).
• Experience working with sensitive data and analytics access controls.

Responsibilities

• Build a data foundation we can trust by ensuring data quality across systems and moving reporting to ThoughtSpot with the central Data & AI team.
• Turn data into direction by identifying friction, time sinks, and drivers of engagement and retention.
• Connect people data to the business to enable sharper headcount planning and forecasting.
• Prove what we build works by defining success measures and validating outcomes.
• Power AI builds by collaborating with the People Product Lead on data layers and metrics for agents and automations.
