ERM is seeking a People Communications Manager to lead internal communications and employee engagement across our global organization. You will shape messaging for our people strategy, craft compelling content, and partner with HR and senior leaders to drive awareness and adoption of key programs.
You'll manage multi-channel campaigns, provide trusted advisory support, and use analytics to continuously improve engagement while ensuring alignment with our employer brand and sustainability

As People Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the organization's people strategy to life through compelling storytelling, impactful campaigns, and trusted advisory support to senior leaders. Your work will help strengthen employee engagement, reinforce organizational priorities, and create meaningful connections between people and purpose.
Preferred Experience within a professional services, consulting, or global corporate environment.
Background supporting communications related to DEIB, wellbeing, performance management, or organizational transformation initiatives.
Experience working across geographically dispersed teams and multicultural audiences.
Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing communications.
Interest in sustainability, climate action, or broader business strategy topics.
