Neotalent Conclusion, referente en talento IT, busca un Coordinador de Pentest para un cliente internacional líder. Puesto híbrido en Madrid dentro de nuestra consultoría.

Planificar y coordinar pruebas de penetración en redes, infraestructuras, apps y nube; documentar hallazgos y mitigaciones; asegurar cumplimiento y reportar métricas. Se valoran certificaciones OSCP/CEH y experiencia en entornos regulados.

Formación

• Formación académica en Ciberseguridad, Ingeniería Informática o afín.
• Experiencia comprobable coordinando y ejecutando pruebas de penetración.
• Conocimiento sólido de entornos cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP o similares).
• Experiencia en identificación y mitigación de vulnerabilidades.
• Gestión de múltiples iniciativas de seguridad.
• Conocimiento de normas y buenas prácticas de seguridad de la información.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

Responsabilidades

• Planificar y coordinar actividades de pruebas de penetración en redes, infraestructuras, aplicaciones y entornos cloud.
• Documentar y presentar hallazgos de seguridad con recomendaciones de mitigación.
• Garantizar la alineación de las pruebas con buenas prácticas y requisitos de cumplimiento.
• Ser punto de contacto entre partes internas y proveedores externos.
• Rastrear, consolidar métricas e informar sobre el progreso.
• Contribuir a la mejora continua de la postura de seguridad.

We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator to join our teams and work with a leading international insurance client.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating penetration testing activities across networks, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• You will be responsible for documenting and presenting security findings along with mitigation recommendations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of testing activities with best practices and compliance requirements.
• You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure continuity of execution.
• You will be responsible for tracking, consolidating metrics, and reporting the progress of penetration testing activities.
• You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall security posture.

What profile are we looking for?

• Academic background in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in coordinating and executing penetration testing activities;
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar);
• Expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation techniques;
• Experience managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously;
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices;
• High level of English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, OSCE, or CCSP;
• Experience in complex and highly regulated environments;
• Advanced knowledge of application, network, and infrastructure security.
