Neotalent Conclusion busca un Coordinador de pruebas de penetración para un cliente internacional en el sector seguros. En este puesto coordinará pruebas en redes, infraestructura, aplicaciones y entornos en la nube, documentando hallazgos y recomendaciones.

Se requiere experiencia en coordinación de pentests, dominio de nubes (AWS/Azure/GCP), inglés avanzado y certificaciones como OSCP/CEH son un plus. Ofrecemos modelo híbrido en Madrid, formación continua y plan de compensación flexible.

Formación

• Experiencia coordinando pruebas de penetración.
• Conocimiento de entornos en la nube y metodologías de seguridad.
• Buena capacidad de comunicación y documentación de hallazgos.

Responsabilidades

• Planificar y coordinar pruebas de penetración en redes, infra y aplicaciones.
• Documentar y presentar hallazgos con recomendaciones de mitigación.
• Alinear actividades de prueba con buenas prácticas y requisitos de cumplimiento.
• Actuar como punto de contacto entre stakeholders internos y proveedores externos.
• Rastrear métricas y dar seguimiento al progreso de las pruebas.
• Contribuir a la mejora continua de la postura de seguridad.

We are looking for a Pentest Coordinator to join our teams and work with a leading international insurance client.

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for planning and coordinating penetration testing activities across networks, infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• You will be responsible for documenting and presenting security findings along with mitigation recommendations.
• You will be responsible for ensuring alignment of testing activities with best practices and compliance requirements.
• You will be responsible for acting as the point of contact between internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure continuity of execution.
• You will be responsible for tracking, consolidating metrics, and reporting the progress of penetration testing activities.
• You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall security posture.

What profile are we looking for?

• Academic background in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• Proven experience in coordinating and executing penetration testing activities;
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP or similar);
• Expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation techniques;
• Experience managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously;
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices;
• High level of English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, OSCE, or CCSP;
• Experience in complex and highly regulated environments;
• Advanced knowledge of application, network, and infrastructure security.
