EY Málaga busca un PEGA Developer para un rol híbrido. Desarrollarás y mantendrás aplicaciones Pega, liderando un pequeño equipo y colaborando con clientes internacionales desde Málaga.

Se valoran 4+ años en Pega, experiencia en end-to-end y habilidades en Java/J2EE, PL/SQL y diseño de UI/UX en portales, junto con certificaciones Pega relevantes. EY ofrece un entorno global y oportunidades de aprendizaje continuo.

Formación

• 4+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de Pega
• Al menos 3-4 implementaciones end-to-end de Pega
• Experiencia dirigiendo un pequeño equipo de desarrolladores Pega
• Conocimientos en RBAC/ABAC y seguridad
• Conocimiento de UI/UX en portales y de integración con REST/SOAP

Responsabilidades

• Trabajar como líder de equipo y asignar tareas de desarrollo Pega
• Contribuir a diseño, desarrollo, QA, despliegue y soporte
• Mantener relaciones productivas con el cliente y el personal onsite
• Entregar tareas a tiempo y participar en ceremonias Scrum
• Actualizar arquitectura/diseño técnico y casos de prueba unitarios

PEGA Developer The opportunity You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop state of the art applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform.

Responsibilities:

• Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasks
• Continuously strive towards exceeding client team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnel
• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updates
• Participate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as required
• Compliance to EY policies and procedures like Timesheet / Leaves management etc. Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project
• Update technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverables Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills along with experience in producing high quality reports and presentations as needed
• Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives
• Hands on experience on at least 5-6 projects
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE platform is a plus
• Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL
• Should cross skill and cross train as per the business requirements

To qualify for the role

• 4+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platform
• Completed at least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementations
• Handling a small team of Pega developers
• Hands‑on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), Reporting
• Hands‑on experience in Process Flows, Decision Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue Processors
• Good knowledge on UI/UX Portals development rules
• Good knowledge on REST, SOAP APIs
• Understanding of Pega application performance tuning activities
• Understanding of Pega Best Practices, Guardrail improvement techniques
• Understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL
• Good knowledge on UI, Portals development
• Good knowledge of Pega Best Practices
• Working knowledge of project implementation methodologies
• B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ ITeS companies
• Experience on any one of the Pega Frameworks such as CDH, CLM, CRM, SD etc... would be added advantage
• Exposure to Pega Deployment Manager will be an added advantage
• Pega CSSA/CLSA 7.x/8.x Certified
• Pega Constellation and React.JS
