Six Senses Ibiza is seeking a Payroll & HR Supervisor to oversee the full employment administration cycle, coordinate payroll processes, and ensure accurate host records across Factorial and other systems. The role focuses on confidentiality and compliance within luxury hospitality.

You will support the Assistant Director of Human Resources and HR leadership, drive process improvements, and promote Six Senses culture and wellness initiatives among Hosts.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Labor Relations or related discipline; hospitality/finance school preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in payroll, HR, finance, or admin within luxury hospitality.
• Good knowledge of Spanish payroll processes and labour administration.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for multiple deadlines and confidential processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Excel advantageous.
• Excellent command of written/spoken Spanish and English; other languages a plus.
• Must have the legal right to work in Spain (EU/EEA passport or visa/work permit as required).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate full employment administration cycle (new joiners, contracts, promotions, terminations).
• Review, process, upload and maintain Host records in Factorial and other systems.
• Coordinate payroll incidences for accurate and timely payroll processing (salaries, overtime, etc.).
• Maintain accurate salary, payroll, cost centre and Host data and codes.
• Handle temporary incapacity, work accidents, maternity/paternity leave, settlements and garnishments.
• Act as a key contact for Hosts/department reps on payroll/contracts; ensure clear communication.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Assistant Director of HR and HR leadership on processes and projects.
• Support HR projects and initiatives; seek opportunities to improve processes and reporting.
• Promote Six Senses culture, wellness initiatives and Host engagement activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment laws and company policies; up-to-date documentation.
