Job summary

Ultralytics in Madrid is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to join our on-site team. You will work with the Head of Partnerships to help partners build, integrate, and deploy computer vision solutions using Ultralytics YOLO, leading technical discovery and turning requirements into practical architectures, demos, and deployments.

The role is hands-on, client-facing with no people management, requiring strong communication, deep technical curiosity, and the ability to deliver working solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in computer vision and AI with Python, YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch.
• Experience training, exporting, and deploying models; familiarity with ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, QNN, LiteRT, and INT8 quantization.
• Proven ability to lead partner-facing calls, scope work, and deliver demos or architectures.
• Experience reviewing GitHub PRs and writing clear technical documentation.
• Comfortable across Linux, macOS, Windows, with Docker and standard dev workflows.
• Strong English speaking/writing; willing to travel for partner meetings.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and able to own initiatives in a high-performance startup.

About The Role

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you'll work side by side with our Head of Partnerships to help partners build, integrate, and deploy computer vision solutions with Ultralytics YOLO. You'll lead technical discovery, scope partner projects, and turn requirements into practical solution architectures, demos, and deployments.

This is a hands–on, client–facing role with no people–management responsibilities. You'll collaborate with partners and internal engineering teams across model training, export, quantization, and cross–platform deployment. You'll thrive here if you combine deep technical curiosity with clear communication, sound judgment, and a bias for getting working solutions into users' hands.

What You'll Do

Partner solutions & delivery

• Lead partner–facing technical calls, discovery, and project scoping.
• Design solution architectures for YOLO training, integration, export, and deployment.
• Build technical demos and rapid prototypes using Python, OpenCV, PyTorch, and Docker.
• Support model export and INT8 quantization across ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, QNN, and LiteRT.
• Help partners deploy across Linux, macOS, and Windows, and document clear implementation guidance.

Technical collaboration

• Work side by side with the Head of Partnerships to advance partner integrations and unblock technical work.
• Review partner and community GitHub pull requests and share actionable feedback.
• Use OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to prototype client tools and accelerate partner workflows.
• Share partner needs and technical findings with Product and Engineering teams.

Partner enablement

• Create technical documentation, demos, and integration guidance using the Ultralytics docs and guides.
• Represent Ultralytics in partner meetings, technical events, and occasional travel.

Core Requirements

Skills and experience

• Experience in computer vision and AI, with practical knowledge of Python, YOLO, OpenCV, and PyTorch.
• Experience training, exporting, and deploying models; familiarity with ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO, QNN, LiteRT, and INT8 quantization.
• Proven ability to lead partner–facing technical calls, scope work, and deliver demos or solution architectures.
• Experience reviewing GitHub pull requests and writing clear technical documentation.
• Comfortable working across Linux, macOS, and Windows, with Docker and common development workflows.
• Strong spoken and written English; able to travel for partner meetings and events.
• Resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership in a high–performance startup.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of vendor SDKs such as CUDA, ROCm, Vela, or Vitis AI.
• Experience with edge CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs, including Jetson, Raspberry Pi, Snapdragon, or Arm platforms.
• Linux, Docker, and CI experience on ARM64 and x86; mobile or web deployment on Android, iOS, or WebGPU.
• C++ skills, performance profiling, or experience with PyTorch and OpenCV optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML, and video pipelines like DeepStream or Triton.
• Experience creating talks, blogs, or demo videos; additional Spanish, Italian, or Mandarin language skills.
