Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Partner Development Manager to lead the expansion of its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature. You will identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners to strengthen Autodesk's platform strategy.

You will report to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners and work across teams to accelerate partner-led growth. You will shape onboarding, enablement, and ongoing collaboration, using performance metrics to optimize outcomes and drive market reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or similar in Software
• Experience with SaaS/platform business models is a plus
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives

Position overview

The Partner Development Manager role is vital in spearheading Autodesk's initiatives to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature. The focus is on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners to our existing Partner landscape. This position is essential for enhancing Autodesk's market reach and propelling growth as a platform company in EMEA. You will be reporting to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners..

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.
• Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners. Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.
• Onboarding and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources, and support for effective enablement.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate strategic alignments and executing on planned strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and execute plans to monitor partner performance and success metrics. Use performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.

• For this role you need to be communicative and have a hunter mentality
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships is critical for recruiting new partners and ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration
• Business Development skills: This role requires you to be innovative and try new approaches in connecting Autodesk´s value proposition with business potential of new partners.
• Strong communication and presentations skills: Clearly articulate Autodesk's value proposition to potential partners in calls, meetings, webinars etc.
• Resilience: The focus is on outreach activities with high profile stakeholders and on strategical business strategical topics.
• Executive presence: You will engage with key decision makers.

Minimum qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or a similar role in the Software market. Experience in the Autodesk ecosystem or in a platform company is an advantage.
• Understanding of market dynamics in a SaaS and platform business model
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-levels
• Business fluency in English and at least one other European language. Any additional language is a plus.
