The role focuses on producing engaging short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro. Candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish, have a robust portfolio, and be able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.

• Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
• Edit and produce short-form video content, including Reels, interviews, event highlights, executive interviews, and social media clips.
• Transform long-form interviews, events, and existing media assets into engaging short-form content.
• Create professional motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Use Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to create high-quality motion graphics and social media content.
• Develop creative concepts and formats designed to increase engagement and reach.
• Adapt content to different platforms, audiences, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work on live events and content produced across Latin America and other international markets, which may occasionally require working late hours if based in Europe or early hours if based in Latin America.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent/native-level English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Professional experience with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro - this is mandatory.
• Strong professional video editing skills.
• Proven experience creating and managing social media content.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
• Flexible availability and willingness to occasionally work outside standard working hours, particularly when covering live events taking place in Latin America.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous social media, video editing, and motion graphics work.

ABOUT THE ROLE
