Under Armour, Inc. is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (12 hours) at ECI Santander. You will be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a sharp store appearance.

You will greet customers, recommend matching apparel and footwear, and handle POS transactions while collaborating with teammates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Opportunities for growth and part-time or future full-time roles exist.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to move around the store and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Comfortable using technology (POS systems, hand-held devices).
• Energetic, team-oriented and quick learner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and smooth checkout experience.
• Suggest apparel and footwear that fit each customer.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store front and back areas.
• Support front and back of store, including POS and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Collaborate effectively with the store team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote Under Armour Rewards program to customers.
• Be accountable for personal development and growth opportunities.
