Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Able to stand for extended periods and use technology when needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest suitable apparel and footwear to customers
• Share knowledge about products and features
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Handle front and back of store tasks, including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni‑channel requests via digital experience
• Collaborate effectively with teammates in a fast‑paced environment
• Promote the Rewards program to build loyalty
• Be proactive about self‑development and growth opportunities
• Adhere to Under Armour processes for omni‑channel requests
• Comply with attendance policy and working hours
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
