Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate for Las Terrazas, part-time (PT20h). You’ll be the face of the brand, delivering outstanding customer service, guiding product selections, and assisting with store duties. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on great customer experiences and sales performance.

The role requires 16+ years old, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends. English is a plus, and tech-friendly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA)
• Able to move around store, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend/squat/reach/climb a ladder/stand long periods
• Comfortable with learning technology like computers and handheld devices

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend products to customers to maximize sales
• Share product knowledge and help customers make informed choices
• Stock, tidy and keep the store clean and organized
• Assist with front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel customer requests through digital channels
