ES American School seeks an experienced Learning Support Specialist on a part-time basis to cover a maternity-leave starting in September. The role focuses on ensuring that each student needing learning support has their individual needs met, either 1:1 or within class settings.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in educational settings, strong communication, and a firm grasp of data protection laws.

Formación

• Must have the relevant qualification and experience of working with students in an educational setting.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, nurturing positive relationships with students, families and faculty.
• A deep understanding of data protection, confidentiality and privacy laws is key.
• Fluency in English is essential for this American School in Spain.
• Must already have a work permit that allows you to work legally in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure that each student who requires learning support has their individual needs met.
• Provide support on a 1:1 basis or within the classroom setting as needed.
