International Schools Partnership Limited seeks a Primary Teaching Assistant to support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for pupils. You will promote academic, social, and emotional development in a safe, inclusive classroom, helping each child reach their full potential.

You will work with individuals or small groups, assist in preparing materials, and support SEN learners as needed while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and professionalism.

Formación

• Experience in educational settings with primary-age children.
• Understanding of child development and primary education.
• Good English literacy and numeracy.
• Safeguarding awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support the class teacher in planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities.
• Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and provide targeted support.
• Assist in creating a positive, stimulating, and well-organised classroom environment.
• Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour in line with the school’s policies.
• Help assess and record pupil progress, feeding back to the class teacher as appropriate.
• Prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs or SEN, adapting tasks where necessary.
• Supervise pupils during classroom activities, break times, and school outings when required.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment.
• Participate in school meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
