Apple Inc. is seeking a Channel Store Advisor for an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store in Madrid. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, product demonstrations, and strong collaboration with the partner staff to drive Apple product knowledge and sales.

The position requires fluency in Spanish and English, a minimum of 2 years of related experience, and the ability to work 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. This is a fixed-term role.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
