Voodoo is seeking a Product Lead for its Live Ops team focused on Paper.io2 and other live games. You will own F2P systems, monetization experiments, and live events to maximize player engagement and revenue, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of mobile game mechanics, a track record with live games, and the ability to write precise specs and align teams toward ambitious outcomes.

Formación

• PM/PO/Game Designer/Live Ops experience in video games.
• Strong grasp of free-to-play mobile game mechanics.
• Ability to write clear specs and align multiple teams.
• High standards; push the product forward and challenge weak ideas.
• Experience on a successful live game.
• Experience with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, etc.
• Experience on casual, hybrid-casual, io, or mass-market games.
• Good understanding of IAP monetization, not only ads.
• Familiar with games like Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Build and implement F2P systems to boost engagement and revenue, focusing on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.
• Own specifications, timelines and outcomes with strong delivery.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine features post-launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists and analysts to roll out features and maintain docs.
• Prioritize work under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by analyzing competitors and market innovations.
