UST España & Latam is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to steer enterprise‑grade applications using OutSystems 11 and ODC. You will mentor teams, enforce standards, and guide architectural decisions across the delivery cycle.

Strong hands-on expertise and an architectural vision are required, with leadership of 5+ developers and solid experience in Agile/Scrum environments. This role supports flexible work arrangements in a global organization.

Formación

• Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 and ODC architecture.
• 5+ years of software development experience with 2–3 years in Tech Lead/Architect roles.
• Experience leading teams of 5+ developers.
• Proficient in CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent English communication (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems applications.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and development best practices.
• Design process-driven and case-driven solutions using BPT and CMF.
• Guide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines.
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and tech risk assessments.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Mentor team members and provide continuous technical leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

We are looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead (OutSystems 11 & ODC) with strong architectural vision and hands‑on expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise‑grade applications and guide teams in best practices, innovation, and maintainability.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and review solution architectures for OutSystems applications
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and development best practices
• Design process-driven and case-driven solutions using BPT and CMF
• Guide development teams on architecture, design decisions, and implementation approaches
• Establish and enforce coding standards and development guidelines
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments
• Identify and resolve technical debt, anti-patterns, scalability issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in development activities and support release preparation
• Mentor team members and provide continuous technical leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery

Mandatory requirements:

• Strong expertise in OutSystems 11 and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC)
• Deep knowledge of OutSystems architecture: modularization, dependency management, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience with BPT and Case Management Framework (CMF)
• Strong understanding of layered architecture and enterprise application design
• Proven experience refactoring legacy OutSystems applications and resolving architectural anti-patterns
• Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, asynchronous patterns)
• Knowledge of cloud‑native architectures and distributed systems
• Solid software engineering foundation (OOP, design patterns, best practices)
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2–3 years in a Tech Lead/Architect role
• Experience leading teams of 5+ developers
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Strong communication skills in English
• English C1

Nice to have:

• Experience in OutSystems 11 → ODC migration/modernization
• Experience with complex enterprise ecosystems and multi-application portfolios
• Knowledge of security, observability, accessibility, and performance engineering
• Exposure to OutSystems AI capabilities and Agentic AI concepts
• Official OutSystems certifications (Architecture Specialist, Tech Lead)
