Amaris Consulting busca un Desarrollador Senior Low-Code para liderar el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones OutSystems en un entorno internacional.

Se requieren más de 4/5 años de experiencia en desarrollo y un fuerte énfasis en APIs REST y buenas prácticas de arquitectura low-code. Se valorará capacidad de mentoría, trabajo en equipos ágiles y dominio de español e inglés.

Formación

• Más de 4/5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
• Al menos 4/5 años desarrollando aplicaciones empresariales con OutSystems.
• Fuerte desarrollo backend y APIs RESTful.
• Comprensión profunda de plataformas low-code y patrones de arquitectura.
• Integración de sistemas y APIs.
• Capacidad comprobada para liderar diseño técnico, revisiones de código y entrega de proyectos de alto impacto.
• Excelentes capacidades analíticas funcionales y técnicas.
• Fluido en español e inglés (lectura y escritura).
• Experiencia trabajando en equipos ágiles y multiculturales.

Responsabilidades

• Dirigir el diseño, desarrollo y despliegue de aplicaciones OutSystems.
• Traducir requisitos de negocio a soluciones técnicas escalables y mantenibles.
• Guiar y apoyar a los equipos de desarrollo, promoviendo estándares de código.
• Integrar OutSystems con sistemas externos a través de APIs y conectores.
• Realizar revisiones de código, aplicar gates de calidad y buscar mejora continua.
• Colaborar con los interesados para definir y priorizar funcionalidades y entregables.
• Contribuir a procesos, herramientas y componentes reutilizables.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• +4/5 years of professional software development experience
• + 4/5 years hands-on experience building enterprise applications with OutSystems
• Strong backend development skills and mastery of RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of low-code platforms, architecture patterns, and best practices
• System integration and APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical design, code reviews, and delivery of High-Impact projects
• Excellent functional and technical analysis capabilities
• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in agile, multicultural teams

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of OutSystems applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
• Coach and support development teams, promoting coding standards and best practices
• Integrate OutSystems with external systems and services via APIs and custom connectors
• Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and deliverables
• Contribute to evolving development processes, tools, and reusable components
