Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company in Spain is seeking a Store Leadership Team member to guide a busy sales floor and support store operations. You will lead supervisors and associates, help interview, hire, and train staff, and coach team members to meet performance standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and the ability to manage POS and in-store systems while ensuring the store remains productive and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to operate POS and in-store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff, as necessary.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day-to-day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist the Store Manager with the development and implementation of action plans to address issues relating to store sales, goals, safety, training, and personnel development.
