HBX Group in Palma, Mallorca, seeks a Collections Front Officer, Strategic Accounts to drive cash collection across a portfolio of strategic customers in Europe. You will reduce overdue balances, manage payment risk, and support working capital goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 1–3 years in AR/Collections, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/BRIM/Oracle), and excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills. Degree in Finance or related field preferred.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Experience in managing key, strategic, or multinational customer accounts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, BRIM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• Manage collections for a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across Europe.
• Drive timely cash collection and reduce overdue balances.
• Monitor payment performance and escalate collection risks as required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve payment issues and disputes in partnership with Sales, Finance, Credit Risk, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, settlement agreements, and internal controls.
• Analyse aging reports and collection performance to support decision-making.
• Support month-end and quarter-end cash targets.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation within Order-to-Cash.
