UST España & Latam is seeking an experienced OT Security Engineer to strengthen our Threat and Vulnerability Management across operational technology environments. You will be hands-on with IC S/SCADA security, OT asset inventories, and cross-functional IT/OT collaboration.

The role involves implementing security controls for OT devices, coordinating remediation with engineering teams, analyzing CVEs, and reporting risk to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of OT security/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on with IC S/SCADA security and OT network segmentation.
• Experience with TVM tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Familiarity with Defender for IoT, Nessus, Qualys, and SIEMs.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support TVM activities in OT environments, including vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
• Ensure secure configuration and patching of OT assets.
• Analyze security events and respond to incidents impacting OT systems.
• Deploy and tune security controls for IC S/SCADA devices.
• Maintain OT asset inventories and risk profiles.
• Collaborate with IT and OT teams to align security strategies.
• Document vulnerabilities and remediation progress for stakeholders.
