Kudelski Security is seeking a senior OT Product Leader to shape and grow our differentiated OT advisory and MDR offerings. You will own the OT portfolio lifecycle, define roadmaps, and partner with executives to translate market needs into compelling product strategies.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams, identify market opportunities, build business cases, and evangelize the value proposition to clients and partners. MBA and OT experience preferred.

As a key member of the Product team at Kudelski Security, a leading multi-national cybersecurity company, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our OT cybersecurity products and services by focusing on our differentiating features and capabilities. With your deep knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape combined with your experience in Operational Technology (OT) environments, you will identify market opportunities, write compelling business cases, and document market requirements to shape the future of Kudelski Security’s offerings.

As the "voice of the client" you will collaborate with other business units and stakeholders to ensure that Kudelski Security's OT offerings meet and exceed client needs and effectively represent our product portfolio, both internally and externally. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of experts, working at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry to deliver superior and differentiated Advisory and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) OT services.

Responsibilities

• As the subject matter expert for Kudelski Security’s OT offering portfolio, you will be a key player in driving the company's success in a rapidly evolving and critical industry.
• You will drive all the differentiating features and capabilities augmenting our industry-recognized MDR services, giving you the opportunity to influence our flagship offering.
• Working with a cross-functional team, including Product Owners, Solution Marketers, Engineering Leads, Architects, and other roles across the company, you will shape and refine Kudelski Security’s products and services to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
• Using your expertise and insights, you will identify market opportunities, ensuring that Kudelski Security stays ahead of the competition and delivers the best solutions to our clients.
• You will be responsible for managing the OT offering life cycle, from strategic planning to supporting tactical execution, playing a critical role in driving the company's growth and success.
• Collaborating with the Product Team and Kudelski Security’s Executive Leadership Team, you will define business objectives and priorities for the OT portfolio and the roadmap, putting your stamp on the company's direction.
• As the visionary behind Kudelski Security’s differentiating OT features and capabilities, you will build consensus across executives, engineering leaders, architects, and the Product Team, ensuring that Kudelski Security is delivering the most innovative and effective OT products and services to our clients.
• You will meet with clients, sales teams, business partners, and other industry sources to identify functional requirements, evangelize the value proposition, and communicate the product roadmap and vision, making a direct impact on the success of Kudelski Security.

Your Key Qualities and Skills

• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and the ability to quickly learn about new technologies and products.
• Strong experience in OT environments, understanding the specific constraints of the industry and how it differs from Enterprise IT
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities, develop product roadmaps, and make data-driven decisions.
• Client focus and the ability to put the client first in all product development decisions.
• Team management and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus around product vision and strategy.
• Business acumen and financial skills to analyze product profitability, create business cases, and evaluate potential returns on investment (ROI).
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
• Preferred
• 5+ years in OT environments
• 3+ years’ experience in product management
• Master of Business Administration
• Understanding and experience with Agile Product development practices
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science) or related field equivalent experience.
