Next Ventures busca un Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead para un programa internacional con foco en español. Liderarás el diseño funcional y la entrega end-to-end de módulos HCM Cloud, coordinando con negocio y tecnología.

Se requiere experiencia en Oracle HCM Cloud y transformación, con fluidez en español e inglés. Entorno multinacional y posibilidad de viajes ocasionales.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar el diseño funcional y la entrega de soluciones Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Proporcionar liderazgo funcional en el flujo HCM y asegurar alineación con objetivos.

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead – Spanish Speaking

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme. The successful candidate will take a lead functional role across Oracle HCM Cloud, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the wider programme to ensure successful delivery.

This is a contract opportunity requiring strong Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience and fluent Spanish language skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across the HCM workstream, ensuring solutions align with business and programme objectives.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules as required.
• Review functional specifications and ensure solutions are aligned with Oracle Cloud best practice.
• Work closely with technical and integration teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other functional consultants.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies within the HCM workstream and work with the programme team to resolve them.
• Support business users through UAT, training and go-live activities.
• Act as a key functional point of contact for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Essential Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Functional Lead or Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.
• Experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or major transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and configuration.
• Experience working through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements and design through to testing and go-live.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business and technical teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Previous experience working in international or multi-country environments.

Desirable

• Experience across multiple Oracle HCM modules, such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation or Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and third-party systems.
• Experience with data migration and testing.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
• Experience working on large-scale global Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
