Sibelco is seeking an Operator Production Laminoria to ensure installations run per procedures and deliver (semi-)finished products per specifications. The role requires a lower degree and prior production experience with technical English proficiency, based in Laminoria, Spain.

The operator will perform routine maintenance, monitor production data in the IT system, manage process quality checks, and coordinate with maintenance and weighbridge staff to sustain continuous output.

Formación

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English – Read and comprehend.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies. Serves pumps, open and closes taps, etc.
• Fixes alerts
• Analyse and perform multiple quality checks of the respective products in order to meet the requirements of the process
• Identify non-conformities throughout the production process and address other employees to ensure qualitative products
• Control the amount of products produced by an installation
• Carry out auxiliary tasks to the production process, according to the orientations of the procedures and their superiors
• Performs small maintenance activities and assists the maintenance technicians as well as electricians in large maintenance activities
• Works in conjunction with weighbridge operators, bagging operators etc when needed to ensure continuous production
• Put all relevant production data into the required IT system
• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and take responsibility for its safekeeping and conservation as provided in the safety policy manual.
