Sibelco in Arcos, Spain, is seeking an Automation Engineer to support maintenance, optimization, and development of automation systems and instrumentation across our plant network.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Automation Engineer to join our team in Arcos, working in one of the most advanced plants within the cluster. In this role, you will support the optimization, maintenance, and development of automation systems and instrumentation, while contributing to new solutions across automation, digitalization, robotics, and Industry 4.0. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is eager to learn, explore new technologies, and turn ideas into practical improvements. You will work closely with maintenance, OPEX, engineering teams, and other factories across the cluster, with the opportunity to progressively develop your technical expertise and contribute to innovative projects.
