Sibelco in Arcos de la Frontera, Spain, is seeking an Operator Production to ensure plant installations run according to procedures and to monitor performance to deliver (semi-)finished products meeting specifications. You will handle and adjust installations, service pumps, fix alerts, perform quality checks, identify non-conformities, control output, and assist with maintenance as needed.

A lower degree or equivalent plus experience and technical English are required.

Formación

• Lower degree in high school or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Technical English - Read and comprehend.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and adjust the installations according to the existing procedures and policies.
• Serves pumps, open and closes taps, etc.
• Fixes alerts.
• Analyse and perform multiple quality checks of the respective products in order to meet the requirements of the process.
• Identify non-conformities throughout the production process and address other employees to ensure qualitative products.
• Control the amount of products produced by an installation.
• Carry out auxiliary tasks to the production process, according to the orientations of the procedures and their superiors.
• Performs small maintenance activities and assists the maintenance technicians as well as electricians in large maintenance activities.
• Works in conjunction with weighbridge operators, bagging operators etc when needed to ensure continuous production.
• Put all relevant production data into the required IT system.
• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and take responsibility for its safekeeping and conservation as provided in the safety policy manual.

Job Description
