Amazon Spain Fulfillment is inviting applications for its Operations Internships starting January 2027. You will join a vibrant intern community, work on high-impact projects, and gain exposure to Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations.

This on-site program emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on learning while offering weekly support sessions, leadership interactions, and potential pathway to graduate roles. Strong English and local language skills are required.

Formación

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
