Bolton is seeking an Operations Intern to join our Trading & Operations team in Bolton, based in Bilbao, Spain. The role focuses on ensuring seamless documentation and logistics flows within a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will support registering and tracking contracts, review critical documents, and help prevent delays while monitoring delivery timelines. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, with postgraduate business qualifications viewed favourably.

Formación

• University degree required.
• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish and high level English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Registering and tracking purchase and sales contracts closed by traders.
• Process and review critical documentation.
• Prevent customs delays or cargo detentions.
• Monitor delivery timelines.
