Bolton Food is seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Specialist to join its IT department in Bilbao, Spain. You will be responsible for development, maintenance, and support of D365FO environments, with opportunities to engage in functional tasks and user support.

The role requires 3+ years as a D365FO technical consultant, X++ development, and strong English communication. Hybrid or remote work options are available, with permanent, full-time hours and location in Bilbao or nearby locations.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a D365FO technical consultant.
• Experience in X++ development and Visual Studio for D365FO.
• Knowledge of LCS lifecycle services and basic integrations (OData, web services, APIs).
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a D365 Finance & Operations Specialist to join our IT department in our Business unit based in Bilbao, Spain.

How you make the difference

We are looking to hire a technically skilled professional with experience in Microsoft Dynamics to strengthen our ERP team. The candidate will be responsible for development, technical maintenance, and support of the D365FO environments used by the group's trading entities. Over time, they will also collaborate on functional tasks and support to business users.

The goal is to gradually internalize key technical knowledge, reduce dependency on external vendors, and provide faster and more efficient support to the business.

How your agenda looks like:

• Technical maintenance of D365FO environments (development, deployments, version control, LCS management, etc.).
• Development and customization in X++ (custom features, reports, extensions, integrations).
• Support on functional tasks such as issue resolution, configuration, testing, and master data maintenance.
• Produce technical and functional documentation for deployed solutions.
• Support key users in daily operations and help identify improvements.
• Coordinate with external providers on complex tasks or escalations.
• Participate in small ERP projects (new features, integrations, rollouts to new group entities, etc.).

Your team:

You will report directly to our IT Manager.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a D365FO technical consultant.
• Technical Skills: Development in X++ and Visual Studio for D365FO. Environment management via LCS (Lifecycle Services). Basic knowledge of integrations (OData, web services, APIs). Experience using DevOps for ALM and pipeline management in D365FO.
• Language: Fluent English (minimum B2 level), as communication with users and providers is primarily in English.
