RED Global is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support production services in a modern cloud-native environment. You will apply strong operational support, Kubernetes expertise, and a passion for troubleshooting and incident management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to release processes, and help improve reliability, observability, and documentation across the stack.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Handle customer requests and collaborate with technical teams to ensure service stability.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.

We are looking for Operations Engineers to join a long-term project supporting critical production services in a modern cloud-native environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong operational support experience, Kubernetes expertise, and a passion for troubleshooting, incident management, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain business-critical production services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure incidents.
• Manage operational processes and participate in root-cause analysis activities.
• Work with Kubernetes environments, including deployments, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Handle customer requests and collaborate with technical teams to ensure service stability.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and operational best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working with TypeScript and Node.js environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release processes
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployments, troubleshooting, and log analysis
• Experience supporting production systems and operational services
• Strong incident management and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive approach to documentation and knowledge sharing

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry APIs and SDKs
• Knowledge of distributed tracing and span context propagation
• Experience with observability and monitoring practices
• Understanding of metrics collection (counters, histograms, gauges)
• Experience with structured logging and log correlation
