You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations and IT in a hybrid setup, developing dashboards and supporting decision-making with reliable reporting.

Formación

• 1–3 years in analysis, operations or reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain standardised operational KPIs and a clear metrics framework to ensure consistent measurement across Operations.
• Analyze and report performance data using SQL and Power BI to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support operational reporting needs, including recurring performance tracking and finance-related outputs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT to translate business requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking outcomes, supporting analysis and helping document processes and changes.
