Inetum seeks a Senior BCM expert to lead End-to-End Business Resilience and DORA-related activities across the organization. You will review, guide, and enhance resilience initiatives, focusing on project End-to-End BCM and Digital Operational Resilience Act compliance.

You will update guidelines, support data quality, and provide actionable recommendations, ensuring timely, auditable outputs for senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Expertise in BCM concepts, methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with BIA, risk assessments, recovery strategies and testing programs.
• Familiarity with Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Review deliverables from entities to validate End-to-End Business Resilience alignment.
• Provide guidance on implementing End-to-End BCM and DORA-related actions.
• Review data quality in the Operational Resilience tool and DORA registers.
• Simplify and update BCM guidelines to align with resilience frameworks.
• Assess BCP quality and offer actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure timely, auditable outputs for senior stakeholder review.

Descripción del empleo

The mission will consist to support Business Continuity Management team, covering project activities and Business As Usual operations. The objective is to review, guide, and enhance resilience-related activities across the organization’s entities, with a specific focus on project End-to-End Business Resilience, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) related activities, and the simplification and alignment of Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks.

Scope of Services (but not limited to):

• Review deliverables produced by the organization’s entities to validate alignment with the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and quality expectations.
• Provide guidance to entities on the implementation of the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Support DORA-related actions, including the check and challenge of Critical Important Functions and the update of definitions for Critical Important Functions.
• Review the quality of data populated in the Operational Resilience tool for the DORA Register of Information.
• Simplification and updates of Business Continuity frameworks: update and unify BCM guidelines with the End-to-End Business Resilience guideline; incorporate new BCM controls within the guidelines; uplift BCM testing and approach to other Group Operational Resilience practices.
• Review the quality of entities BCPs and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
• Ensure deliverables are produced in a timely, auditable manner and that outputs are suitable for senior stakeholder review.

• Validated review packages for entities’ End-to-End Business Resilience deliverables
• Updated and unified BCM guidelines aligned with the Business Resilience guidelines, including incorporated BCM controls.
• An enhanced BCM testing approach aligned with Group Operational Resilience practices, with supporting documentation.
• CIF definitions updated and supporting evidence for DORA-related actions.
• Data quality assessment reports for the Operational Resilience tool and DORA Register of Information.
• Consolidated recommendations and implementation steps to improve BCP quality across entities.

Profile

Expertise:

• Expertise in BCM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Expertise in Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) requirements.
• Expertise in conducting/defining Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), Exercising and Testing Programs.
• Expertise with Riskonnect is a plus.

Service Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
