Job summary

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking an Operational Resilience Consultant to join our teams and work with a major international client in the insurance sector. You will validate End-to-End Business Resilience deliverables and guide entities in implementing the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.

You will review data quality in resilience tools, support BCM alignment with guidelines, and contribute to testing, regulatory initiatives (DORA), and governance with senior stakeholders across

Qualifications

• Academic background in Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Solid knowledge of BCM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of DORA requirements and obligations.
• Experience with BIA, Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, and BCP testing.

Responsibilities

• Review deliverables to validate alignment with End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Provide guidance to entities in implementing resilience methodologies.
• Participate in DORA initiatives, including CIF reviews and definitions.
• Review data quality in Operational Resilience tools and the DORA Register.

We are looking for a Operational Resilience Consultant to join our teams and work with a major international client in the insurance sector.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Review deliverables produced by different entities to validate their alignment with the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology and established quality standards.
• Provide guidance and support to entities in the implementation of the End-to-End Business Resilience methodology.
• Participate in DORA-related initiatives, including review and validation activities for Critical Important Functions (CIFs) and updates to their definitions.
• Review the quality of data recorded in Operational Resilience tools and in the DORA Register of Information.
• Support the simplification, update, and alignment of Business Continuity Management frameworks with Business Resilience guidelines.
• Incorporate new BCM controls into corporate guidelines and contribute to the enhancement of testing and exercising practices.
• Assess the quality of entities’ Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all deliverables are produced on time, are auditable and traceable, and meet the quality standards required for senior stakeholder review.

What profile are we looking for?

• Academic background in Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Solid experience with BCM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements and obligations.
• Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), Risk Assessments, Recovery Strategies, Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and testing and exercising programs.
• Ability to review documentation, analyze processes, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
