Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager - Security Standards and Hardening based in Spain. You will lead a team responsible for rigorous security practices across OS, cloud, edge, and software platforms, ensuring compliance with frameworks like FIPS, CIS, STIG, and FedRAMP.

You will shape engineering practices, develop talent, and drive initiatives that protect millions of users. Strong technical judgment and people leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with coaching and growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM, or equivalent expertise.
• Strong background in security standards, platform hardening, and compliance.
• Experience with Agile software development.
