Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license or BS degree required.
• Clinical Research certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical research; 2+ years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, privacy rules.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with EDC software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-up activities and site readiness.
• Advertise, recruit, and screen potential participants.
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain TMF and study documentation.
• Provide status updates to project managers.
• Travel up to 100%.
