eClerx is seeking an experienced Onsite Client Partner to serve as the primary liaison between one of our leading financial services clients and our global delivery teams in Spain. This highly visible, client-facing role supports Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and ongoing KYC remediation activities while coordinating across Spain, India, Peru, and the UK.

• Minimum 5+ years of FCC, KYC/AML, Periodic Review, or similar client-facing roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with workflow or case management platforms (Appian, Fen-X, or similar).
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across time zones.
• EU work authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders across Periodic Review operations and technology.
• Develop understanding of Periodic Review lifecycle including reviews, KYC remediation, due diligence refreshes, documentation validation, exception management and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements, risks, and technology gaps; drive solutions to resolution.
• Partner with client stakeholders and global eClerx teams to define procedures, improve governance, and standardize practices.
• Coordinate priorities, manage escalations, and communicate across global teams.
• Build strong relationships and present delivery status, risks, and recommendations.

Job Summary

eClerx is seeking an experienced Onsite Client Partner to serve as the primary liaison between one of our leading financial services clients and our global delivery teams. This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for supporting Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and ongoing KYC remediation activities, while driving collaboration across teams in Spain, India, Peru, and the UK.

The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, identify operational improvement opportunities, manage escalations, and help shape evolving processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for client stakeholders across Periodic Review operations and technology.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Periodic Review lifecycle, including customer reviews, KYC remediation, due diligence refreshes, documentation validation, exception management and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements, operational risks, and technology gaps while driving solutions through to resolution.
• Partner with client stakeholders and global eClerx teams to define procedures, improve governance, and standardize operating practices.
• Coordinate priorities, manage escalations, and communicate effectively across global teams.
• Build strong working relationships and represent delivery status, risks, and recommendations with confidence and professionalism.

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in FCC, KYC/AML, Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence, Financial Crime Operations, or similar client-facing operational roles within financial services.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working directly with clients.
• Proven ability to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Experience with workflow or case management platforms (such as Appian, Fen-X, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across multiple time zones.
• EU work authorization required.
