eDreams in Barcelona seeks a Senior Data Engineer to architect and scale data products that power AI-driven marketing strategies. You will collaborate with data engineers, marketing managers, product managers, and data scientists to turn complex data into actionable solutions and shape the data platform roadmap.

You will ensure scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, contributing to an AI-first transformation across high-scale marketing

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deliver scalable data products and infrastructures to support AI-driven marketing strategies
• Drive the long-term technical roadmap for data engineering, ensuring modern, resilient, and cost-efficient systems
• Align with stakeholders and translate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Drive business-centric analysis to maximize business value and solve complex pipeline issues
• Technical ownership and strategic thinking for scalable engineering solutions
• Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, reverse ETL
• Data quality and governance to mitigate data loss and ensure privacy and quality
• Experience with AI tools or AI-driven data solutions
• Data orchestration using tools like Airflow or Dagster
• End-to-end project delivery in cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Marketing)
• Agile/Scrum experience with iterative delivery
• Mentorship and coaching
• Team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Language proficiency in English
