MEDSIR, based in Barcelona, seeks a Clinical Development Trainee to support the Research Expansion & Strategic Partnerships team. You will help expand MEDSIR's network of Clinical Investigators, KOLs, and institutions across the EU and U.S., while building foundational oncology research, documentation, and stakeholder tracking skills.

You will draft site materials, assist with feasibility activities, and coordinate with Marketing and Scientific Impact.

Formación

• A university degree in a health-related field (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedicine, Genetic, Biotechnology, Medicine, etc.).
• Exposure/understanding of the drug and clinical development process, preferably in oncology.
• Specific or general training in clinical trials is highly valued.
• Academic formation in oncology (knowledge of pathways, signaling, tumors).
• Knowledge of PubMed and ResearchGate; ability to select high-quality articles.
• Good English knowledge (min B2, C1 preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a small team; proficient with digital tools; MacBook experience.
• Familiar with G-Suite and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research potential Clinical Investigators, KOLs, and institutions across the EU and U.S. for MEDSIR's strategy.
• Compile background information ( publications, affiliations, research interests ).
• Perform bibliographic research to stay updated on oncological indications and support discussions.
• Prepare site-related materials for feasibility and site visits.
• Assist in drafting scientific, operational, and market-based documentation.
• Support coordination with Marketing and Scientific Impact for outreach materials.
• Keep CRM and internal tracking updated on PIs, KOLs, institutions, and partners.
• Provide admin/logistical support for cross-team collaboration.
• Prepare for priority oncology congresses with background research and notes.
