Amazon is offering a fully on-site operations internship across Spain, with flexible start dates from January to July 2027. You’ll apply analytical skills to projects in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations, delivering results and gaining hands-on exposure to daily operations.

You will learn safety, teamwork and performance management, with structured learning sessions, relocation support, and employee benefits.

Formación

• Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related field.
• Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and deliver results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Propose and test solutions with the team to implement the best ones.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers and frontline associates.
• Move around the facility to engage with different teams and gather knowledge.
• Navigate the workspace and adapt to moving between areas as needed.
• Support varied schedules and shifts as required.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
